Whether you’re adjusting to a big life change, like career transition, motherhood, or life in a new city, or you’re tired of holding it all together all the time, I’ve got you. Sessions weave together conversation and creativity, and are available in person in Singapore and online.

Monthly Group Offerings

Tending to my inner garden: Art in the parks (Singapore)

A quiet stroll in the park, a theme each month, and we’ll make under the trees. A great way to step away from screens, reset and reconnect to yourself and others. Once a month at Botanic Gardens/Fort Canning Park.

A Space to be: All-women Listening Circle (Online)

Bring a cup of tea, your knitting or your art supplies, and let’s work with our hands and talk with our hearts. These listening circles are meant to be an intimate shared space for (all) women to come together and chat about specific themes. Come as you are :)

What to expect in 1:1 sessions

In our first session, we talk about what's brought you here and what you'd like support with. Most sessions are a blend of talking and expressive arts process — visual art, movement or psychodrama. If you feel like just talking on a given day, that's okay. We’re work with your comfort level and meet you where you are.

Appointments, Fees & Cancellation Policy

You can start with a free 15-minute Discovery call where we can chat and get to know each other. If you have questions for me before booking the call, you can fill out the Interest form.

In-person sessions are held at a space in Chinatown.

  • Fees are $140 / 60 min or $160 for 75 minute for online sessions.

    Please note that an additional fee is applicable for in-person sessions to cover room rental.

  • After the first couple of sessions, you also have the option to book a package at 15% discount ($695 or $1360 for five or ten sessions respectively.)

  • Where possible, I try and offer services at a reduced rate for those who are in a tight spot financially. Fees range from 60-80% of the usual amount. Write to support@canvasofcalm.sg to enquire if slots are available.

  • I know life doesn't always go to plan. All I ask is 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Sessions are paid for upfront, and without the 48 hour notice I'm unable to offer a refund or reschedule. Exceptions will be mdae for emergencies of course. I will uphold the same from my end as well.
