I’m an arts therapy practitioner, artist and a writer. At heart, I’m deeply curious, reflective and I enjoy making art. I believe art is a powerful tool for introspection and healing, and at the same time, it can be a way to channel your creativity and playfulness.
I believe in a healthy balance, which is perhaps why I combine my reflective art-making with a side of joyful, creative artistic pursuits. So don’t be surprised to find me making prints with potato stamps!
