Art is a great medium for self-expression and deep insights. Art can re-wire your brain and help you grow. It can also be just something you do purely for fun.
We have something for everyone.
Art holds the power to reveal things that we aren't aware of cognitively. Our explorations offer gentle invitations to guide your art-making to start the self-inquiry process.
And no, you don't need to be 'good' at art, you'll see.
If you want to explore art as a way to indulge your creative, or perhaps, playful instincts, or even want to work with your hands as a way to be fully present, we have you covered. We offer sessions that ranging from art journalling to playful, unconventional ways of making art that will make your imagination come alive.
You'll walk away energized, refreshed and grounded.
Our 1:1 sessions combine talk therapy with arts psychotherapy to help you tap into the wisdom of your body and articulate what's deep within through your art.
Whether you're a corporate organization looking to address employee burnout or an individual looking to get out of a rut, we've got you covered.

A great session for creative exploration and expression! I'm so glad I invested time in myself to make art and in the process also made some lovely connections.

The session opened a part of me that was closed shut for a long time. It felt good to recognise myself. I'll attend more sessions in the future. Highly recommend!

Shub was very welcoming, creating a sense of calm within which I could reflect and respond to her prompts in a comfortable and safe environment.

The Art Journalling workshop was fun and relaxing. Along with the freedom to explore, it made for an overall great experience. A nice dose of calm in a hectic world!

No prior art experience needed! Whether you’re a complete beginner or have artistic experience, our workshops and art therapy sessions help you express yourself and connect with your emotions without needing to be an "artist".
Our programs use art for emotional expression and hence, they delve deeper, offering possibility for deeper insights. But, if you're looking for something purely for fun, we have a few ideas for those as well, talk to us!
While we’ll be creating using various art materials, the focus here is on self-expression, not on learning to create the perfect, frame-worthy piece of art. You’re welcome to take home your artwork, but you'll see that true value of the workshop lies in the process, rather than the final product.
You can expect a blend of expressive arts (art supplies, collage, clay and maybe picture books too!) and journalling. Depending on the location, we may bring in elements of nature and mindfulness. We can design programs to last from 90 minutes to even a full day with multiple sessions.
Tsessions are based on art therapy framework, but it is not a replacement for therapy, particularly if you have more serious mental health concerns. However, in these sessions, you might uncover things that you may want to explore further in personal therapy sessions.
While these sessions are typically designed for adults, we are more than happy to design something for senior citizens, or groups of young teens as well. Also, if you have a group of friends you want to celebrate something in meaningful way, we can plan something for you.
